  • Lead and oversee hydraulic engineering design across major projects, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
  • Drive strategic growth of the hydraulics discipline, contributing to business development and client engagement.
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and performance.
  • Represent WSP in client meetings, industry forums, and technical panels, showcasing thought leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other disciplines to deliver integrated building services solutions.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards, while pushing boundaries to set new benchmarks.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Hydraulic Engineer in a Building Services Consultancy, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong track record in project delivery, client management, and team leadership.
