Looking to step into a key leadership role in a high-performing manufacturing environment?Are you an experienced operator with a strong understanding of manufacturing and machining? Are you organised, proactive, and ready to step into a critical coordination role within a busy production team?In this full-time, hands-on position, you'll be responsible for coordinating workflow, managing materials, and ensuring production targets are met. You’ll work closely with a skilled team, providing support and direction to keep jobs moving efficiently and to the highest standard.If you bring solid machining experience, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and the confidence to keep things running smoothly — we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow across machines.
Contribute to daily machine review and Toolbox meetings.
Identify and troubleshoot issues using structured problem-solving tools.
Manage supplies, coordinate routine equipment maintenance, and maintain a clean workshop.
Assist with rescheduling when absences occur and ensure afternoon shift workloads are prepped.
Promote and maintain WHS and quality compliance across all tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
Previous experience working with sheet metal
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve in real-time.
Comfortable using tools and lifting sheet steel as required.
Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and commitment to team success.
