This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing high-value partnerships that create shared value and align with our commercial and strategic objectives.You'll lead efforts to secure new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and foster a diverse and dynamic partner ecosystem. Your ability to think strategically, act commercially, and collaborate effectively will be essential in delivering innovative, scalable, and customer-centric solutions that benefit both ENGIE and our partners.About YouYou are a commercially minded leader with a passion for building mutually beneficial B2B partnerships that unlock growth and deliver long-term value.   • Proven track record of creating and nurturing partnerships that deliver measurable value to both ENGIE and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify win-win opportunities, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and foster long-term strategic alliances.
  • Experience in industries such as energy, telecommunications, or financial services, with a strong understanding of partnership dynamics.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align strategic goals with customer needs and partner capabilities.
  • Confidence in navigating ambiguity and evolving market conditions with a solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
  • Well-developed industry networks and a solid understanding of energy market dynamics and distribution channels.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a focus on building trust and shared success.
  • Inclusive leadership style with experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results through collaboration and clear direction.
Location
  • Location: Based at our Southbank, Melbourne office
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with flexibility between office and remote work
  • Collaboration: Regular presence at the ENGIE office is required to support cross-functional collaboration
  • Travel: This role involves travel of up to 75%, depending on business needs
