Job Category: Technology OperationsJob Description:Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Apptio Specialist.This position is accountable for supporting the application of Technology Business Management practices and principles, including facilitating the Cost Attribution process. This role reports to the Principal Service Manager and sits within the Integrated Product Services area of the I&SM business unit of Customer Service & Technology.Experience with Apptio is a mandatory requirement for this position, particularly within the TBM Studio environment.What do I need?

Apptio experience with TBM Studio in a complex environment.
Strong Business analysis skill to document business requirements from stakeholders and translate requirements into working solutions. Also supporting validation of the implementation of the relevant solution.
Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills.
Supporting team in triaging new requests and backlog grooming for product owner.
Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to form proactive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven experience with work planning and collaboration tools, in particular JIRA and Confluence.
IT Financial knowledge with an understanding of contract costings, Capex and Opex concepts. Able to translate contract information into direct costing impacts.
Basic "Infrastructure" Knowledge with an understanding of concepts such as storage, virtualisation and vendor management.
