- Managing daily purchasing and procurement activities across all Cruise Whitsundays sites and vessels.
- Maintaining optimal stock levels through effective inventory management.
- Analysing inventory data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Negotiating supplier agreements and pricing structures to secure the best value.
- Ensuring accurate reporting and budget adherence while maintaining stock integrity across the organisation.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management to effectively oversee day-to-day operations.
- Strong financial skills for effective management of budgets, pricing, and supplier contracts.
- Excellent negotiation skills to leverage supplier agreements and maximise rebate structures.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities to monitor stock levels and inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in stock management systems, preferably Revel or similar, alongside excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Relevant qualification in business/logistics/supply chain management or equivalent experience
- Open Australian Manual Drivers’ Licence
