Senior Identity & Access Governance Analyst, NSW, 12 Months

• Lead and improve the identity governance function in alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Manage identity governance campaigns using relevant tools and ensure timely completion of access reviews.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of identity governance and trust.
• Provide reports and analysis of IAM system activities to support audits and inform strategic decisions.
• Identify risks, provide expert advice, and drive continuous improvements in governance practices.
• Document business processes related to identity governance to enforce compliance and enhance operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong working knowledge of identity governance tools and frameworks.
• Experience running access reviews and working with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports to support audit and compliance.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to security best practices.
