Structural Steel Painter - Full-Time

- Prepare structural steel surfaces (grinding, sanding, blasting)
- Apply industrial coatings using spray and manual painting techniques
- Operate and maintain spray booths, tools, and equipment
- Perform quality touch-ups and inspections
- Liaise with the area supervisor to coordinate dispatch of painted components
- Adhere strictly to safety and quality control standards
- At least 2 years of experience in steel or industrial painting
- Experience using overhead cranes and forklifts (forklift licence highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality finishes
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed job instructions
- Reliable work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in a workshop or fabrication setting
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Secure full-time role - 40 hours per week
