👥 Direct Reports: 1Are you a strategic HR professional who thrives on turning vision into action? Aon is looking for a People Organisation Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.This role is perfect for someone with broad HR experience and knowledge, who can see the big picture and then dive into the granular detail to drive projects forward.   • Lead the execution of key talent and colleague experience initiatives across APAC.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Partner with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to support change management and operational excellence.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure consistent delivery of regional programs.
  • Generate and interpret data to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Manage one direct report (APAC HR Data Analyst).

Skills and experience that will lead to successYou might not tick every box, but if you meet most of the criteria and are excited about the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!
  • 7–10 years of experience in HR, project management, consulting, or talent program delivery.
  • Experience working at a regional level in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • HR data analytics experience or strong analytical skills.
  • A flexible, open-minded approach with the ability to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.
