This role will suit someone with a strong background in electrical systems and LV and HV networks.In this role you'll be responsible for:Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects on our across the waste water and water sectorAnalysis of design, specifications and technical documentation to identify scope, materials, labour and cost requirementsKey point of contact with suppliers and subcontractors to course competitive pricing and assess lead timesCoordinating and submitting detailed tenders, bids and formal proposals in line with project deadlinesSupport operations teams with monitoring program, budget forecasts and risk assessmentsIdentifying innovation and value engineering solutions and efficiency improvementsBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships internally and externallyHow you'll connect to the role:5+ years experience as an Electrical EstimatorElectrical Engineering qualification or trade background in electrical systemsExperience working within the civil construction or utilities sector with a proven track record preparing accurate estimates for utilities/infrastructure projectsHigh level communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAlignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & LeadershipAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely CultureOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
