Our Brisbane Client Service Team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our supportive and professional workplace.About the Role
We are seeking an Estimator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Electrical and Communications Services. Experience in Audio Visual and Security systems will be highly regarded. This role involves preparing accurate estimates, quotations, and Standing Offer Arrangement proposals for a diverse range of clients and projects.You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and our internal teams to scope, cost, and deliver competitive, compliant, and timely submissions.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and quotations for electrical and communications projects.
- Develop Standing Offer Arrangement proposals.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, WHS regulations, and Stowe quality systems.
- Interpret multidisciplinary drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years’ estimating experience in electrical and communications services.
- Audio Visual and Security experience advantageous.
- Proficiency in Conest, Microsoft Office Suite, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- High-level competency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
