This person needs the appropriate skills and experience from a similar industry, ordering and receiving goods environment. Skills & experienceThe candidate will have strong all round experience in

Customer relations
Food hygiene
Food and beverage product knowledge
Communication

Will be advantageous to have the following experience

Ordering large volumes of Food and Beverages
Strong computer skills
Ensure that invoices are received for goods purchased
Organise and perform monthly stock takes
Perform analysis and compare against usage.
Accepting and checking deliveries
Organising and delivering internal requisitions.
