As a Planner, you will join a knowledgeable and supportive team, where you will be processing and assessing development applications ranging from residential to industrial and commercial premises, preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior planners on whether to approve, refuse, or modify a development application.About you
This role will be ideal for those looking to take the next step in their career and will have a minimum of 2 years demonstrated Planning experience.To be considered for this role, you must;
- Hold a qualification in land use planning or related field
- Have a strong understanding of Tasmania’s planning system and statutory planning processes
- Have strong verbal and written skills
