Application Support Analyst - Global PropTech LeaderOur client is a global Property Management Software (PropTech) company at the forefront of property accounting, Property / Facilties / Lease management and Real estate solutions.As an Application Support Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting clients and internal teams by troubleshooting, resolving, and enhancing the use of cutting-edge property management software.Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level application support for property accounting, management, and facilities management systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless system performance.
Work closely with clients, internal teams, and developers to enhance system functionality.
Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding users through best practices and system optimization.
Assist in system testing, upgrades, and documentation.

About You:

Experience in application support or software troubleshooting, ideally within Accounting/Finance software, PropTech, real estate, facilities management or related business management systems.
Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, property or related business management systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
