- Assist in system testing, upgrades, and documentation.
- Experience in application support or software troubleshooting, ideally within Accounting/Finance software, PropTech, real estate, facilities management or related business management systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, property or related business management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
