- Regular communication and collaboration with the manager and TV Sales Team to effectively deliver Seven's business objectives.
- Utilising dedicated systems and tools (Salesforce and Landmark) to support the day-to-day management of TV advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the manager to provide clear and concise guidance to the Seven Managed Services team regarding campaign deliverables and deadlines.
- Understand the rules and regulations related to TV advertising and their impact on campaigns and the broader Seven business.
- Assist the broader Advanced Advertising team with any ad hoc tasks as requested.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, customer service, sales support, or working in an office environment, preferably within the media industry.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools is beneficial.
- Proven ability to meet daily deadlines with accuracy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
