- Manage assigned innovation projects SKUs based on technical, legal, manufacturing and customer requirements.
- As required fast track F26 Innovation requirements to underpin a strong F25 EBIT delivery
- For the Brand & Category planning process, actively prepare the portfolio plans as guided by your manager
- Prepare analysis of key internal & external information sources [brand, category, Financials, Customer, Shopper, Consumer, Market Data etc] to identify key issues & opportunities in all channels across branded & PL products.
- Within the current 12-month plan, review of performance vs plan to adjust marketing strategies & plans as required [including new product launches].
- Provide input into customer plans, range review presentations, pack & price strategy, consumer/customer promotion development & activation when required.
- Support the Retail and Commercial sales teams in leading the development of BTL creative.
- Track the marketing budget & highlight over & under budget to assist in forecast management as required.
- Manage relationships with brand ambassadors when and where required.
- Manage relationships with agency partners when and where required.
- Lead the development of assigned innovation projects of the Frozen Portfolio via the Bulla Stage & gate process, including the participation in key stage & gate meetings and collaborating with cross functional teams to successfully commercialise projects including attendance at key line trials.
- Manage research validation of all innovation projects
- Evaluate key competitor brand strategies, anticipate actions, and develop plans to ensure sustainable competitiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience.
- Experience in Developing Consumer Insights
- Strong experience in Packaging and Product Development
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Skilled in the use of Marketing information sources (Nielsen / Aztec / Mintel etc)
- Skilled in the use of computer systems (Microsoft office, Outlook etc)
