- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular face-to-face visits
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets in line with company objectives
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, including sales campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic countermeasures
- Manage CRM tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting
- Deliver training programs and attend trade-related activities as required
- Previous experience in sales with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines is advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools would be well regarded
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently on the road
- Energetic, yet humble person, with the ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Must be comfortable with full-time travel across the assigned territory, including approximately 1 week per month in regional QLD including some flights. Occasional interstate travel as required
