- Support the delivery of infrastructure projects in line with established project management methodologies.
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to support timely and on-budget delivery.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including status reports, risk registers, and stakeholder briefs.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support effective project communication and governance.
- Monitor project performance, track milestones, and escalate issues where required.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support informed planning and decision-making.
- Experience in project support or coordination roles, ideally within infrastructure, construction, or government settings.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Confident preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and tracking project progress.
- Skilled in liaising with multiple stakeholders and facilitating working groups or consultations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
