- Good technical skills with experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions for client processes and providing high quality support in relation to such solutions. Able to self-manage workload, prioritise and deliver work to deadlines.
- Technical experience using low-code software to develop business solutions and automate processes. Some training and/or experience using Microsoft SharePoint and PowerPlatform (including PowerBI, PowerAutomate and PowerApps) or similar software.
- Experience with legal technology platforms is desirable, such as HighQ Collaborate, Contract Express, Kira, Intralinks, Avvoka, Ansarada, Atticus, Harvey, RelativityOne and ContractPodAI.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and professionally, demonstrating ability to adapt to different styles and behaviours. Works collaboratively across a global team. Can clearly understand instructions and is not afraid to ask for clarity or challenge instructions where appropriate.
- Meticulous attention to detail, consistently working at a very high standard without supervision. A problem-solver by nature. Shows resilience and ability to develop from constructive feedback.
- Good understanding of and interest in evolving areas of legal technology such as automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics is desirable.
- Prior experience or exposure to legal or other professional services delivery is preferred. Experience in business analysis (BA) and/or project management methodologies is advantageous.
