Maurice Blackburn, experience you can count on.About the roleJoin #TeamMB as a Senior Insights Analyst in our Digital & Technology team, where you'll help shape the future of data-driven decision making across the firm. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver meaningful insights, support the rollout of our new Legal Services Platform, and contribute to the development of user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools. This is a great opportunity to bring your analytical mindset and storytelling skills to a collaborative team focused on improving client and employee experiences.What we're looking for

Extensive experience in data analysis, data product development, or data management, with a proven track record of delivering strategic insights that drive business outcomes
A deep passion for data storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling, user-centric visualisations that influence decision-making at all levels
Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating large, complex datasets, including performance optimisation and data pipeline design
Proficiency in business intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Qlik, with experience in developing scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and experience contributing to iterative delivery cycles
A strong grasp of data architecture and engineering principles, including data sourcing, storage, transformation, and output strategies
The ability to translate ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks, identify key metrics, and design impactful solutions
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex insights to senior, non-technical audiences
A proactive and consultative approach, with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering high-quality outcomes
A commitment to data governance, quality assurance, and best practices in data management
Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, while also being comfortable leading initiatives independently
