- This position requires high-level knowledge of complex conditions, patterns of pathology, and the use of validated evidence-based management principles, coupled with high-level experience in a range of caseloads.
- Apply well-developed communication, consultative and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, parents/carers, multi-disciplinary team members, other health professionals and agencies in order to meet service goals and enhance health outcomes
- Provide leadership in the provision of evidence-based and patient-centred occupational therapy practice and education, and initiate and participate in clinical research and service improvement projects in order to optimise health outcomes.
