- Manage labour planning and scheduling across multiple projects
- Create, update, and maintain job and activity schedules
- Oversee ERP (Engineer-to-Order) system maintenance and reporting accuracy
- Compile and prepare job packs and schedules for operational teams
- Coordinate and track staff inductions to meet compliance requirements
- Provide general administrative support across planning and operations
- Previous experience in a planner, scheduler, or project coordination role (construction, engineering, or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (ETO experience highly regarded)
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Confident communication skills to liaise across teams and stakeholders
