As a Customer Care Coordinator you will provide support and guidance to customers through inbound and outbound communication channels, via email, phone and SMS.What’s in it for you?

- Provide support and guidance to customers through inbound and outbound communication channels
- Action and respond to all customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Offer proactive advice and solutions to all customer enquiries
- Accurately record all enquiries, transactions, and process sales orders within CRM Systems (SAP and Zendesk) aligned to internal KPI’s
- End to end management of each transaction including timely and accurate revenue recognition
- Work closely with warehouse to ensure customer shipping expectations are met
- Effective follow up on all outstanding Invoices
- Daily release of back-order transactions within SAP
- Maintain collaborative partnerships with departments within the operations division
- Maintain records in accordance with Quality SOP
- Conduct all activities within requirements of OHS policy.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of supply chain and order management systems (i.e., SAP)
- Proven ability to multitask and sustain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate with experience using SAP and Zendesk an advantage
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
