
Digital Marketing Coordinator

- Assist with the execution of paid digital marketing campaigns including briefing assets, writing ad copy, uploading content and coordinating approvals.
- Support campaign performance tracking and reporting, including preparing weekly reports and compiling results for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams such as eCommerce, Direct Marketing, Buying and Creative to help coordinate campaign requirements.
- Help maintain campaign calendars and ensure marketing activities are delivered to schedule.
- Conduct basic competitor research and stay informed on digital trends and best practices.
- Provide general team support across administration, invoicing and campaign documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing support
- A keen interest in digital marketing, media and the retail sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management abilities.
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
- Exposure to platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or Google Analytics is a bonus
