CONSTANT is seeking experienced Venue Security Supervisors on a permanent basis for venues across Sydney CBD.Here at CONSTANT we protect some of Australia’s most iconic and diverse entertainment venues - from Theatre & Comedy shows, through to sold out International Acts and Red-Carpet EventsThe venues are NOT pubs and clubs.These venues run in the afternoon/evenings across 7 days.The Role
  • Supervising the on-site team as well as managing escalations
  • Fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment
  • Proactive monitoring and identification of individuals under the influence of alcohol and drugs, or Mental Health indicators.
  • Random and targeted bag searches (based on client procedures)
  • Assisting with emergency response as required
  • Completing thorough and accurate incidents reports
  • Ability to comply and enforce licensing requirements
Experience Required
  • Previous experience working in licensed venues
  • NSW Security Licence
  • Current First Aid certificate/CPR
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
