The Event Coordinator will execute and oversee all experience requests and events on the day of delivery within our client's Sydney office. This position involves hands-on coordination during events, managing direct interactions with employees, executives, customers, partners and guests, while working closely with Event Supervisors and the hospitality team to ensure flawless real-time execution of best-in-class experiences that are uniquely our client's. This role focuses on operational delivery and execution rather than event planning or strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee operational excellence for the holistic guest experience during executive receptionsPartner events, employee events, and other gatherings on the Specialty floors and Employee Floors within the clients officeDemonstrate strong customer service skills and proficiency in executive interactions during eventsEfficiently multitask and manage multiple simultaneous live eventsEnsure consistency with the clients brand and design standards in all customer-facing areas during eventsExecute logistics for customer-facing meetings, company-wide events and programs during the live event phase.Manage on-site event logistics to ensure adherence to all Health & Safety and Global Security & Safety policiesUtilize the client’s ticketing system and run sheets to manage assigned events from start to finish during live executionManage external relationships (agencies, vendors) on-site during live eventsAssist with any reasonable request made by managementAvailability during evenings, weekends, and after hours is required on an as-needed basis for event executionSkills Required:Experience working in Hospitality, Events, or high-end corporate concierge or a related fieldAbility to maintain composure under pressure during live events and problem-solve effectivelyFlexibility to accommodate the hours of work, and weekend events as neededStrong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver services to a high degree of qualityWarm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressionsHighly confident communicator and strong and professional interpersonal skillsAs an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
