In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll set the standard for excellence - driving service, mentoring staff, and crafting unforgettable guest experiences with your mixology expertise.If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and love leading from the front, this could be your perfect next move.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading and motivating the bar team to deliver exceptional service and vibrant guest interactions.
  • Training and developing team members to ensure consistent standards, upselling techniques, and guest satisfaction.
  • Managing cleanliness, hygiene protocols, and inventory to keep everything running smoothly and safely.
  • Ensuring compliance with RSA requirements and all liquor licensing regulations.
  • Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere—and standout cocktails that guests will rave about.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in bar service within a hotel or restaurant setting, with demonstrated leadership and mixology skills
  • Exceptional focus on guest needs, maintaining calmness and courtesy under all circumstances
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while leading a team
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holidays
