
Food and Beverage Team Leader

- Support day-to-day food and beverage operations across conference and event spaces, ensuring efficient, friendly, and high-quality service
- Support leadership during shifts, guiding and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery
- Respond to guest and client feedback professionally and promptly
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining stock levels, equipment care, and cleanliness across all service areas
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a food and beverage role, ideally within a hotel, resort, or events-based environment
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros is a plus
- Strong guest service focus with excellent attention to detail
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to lead by example during service
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
