
Food and Beverage Supervisor

- Supervising daily operations across Sola Bar and Restaurant, The Deli, Room Service, and our busy conferencing and events spaces
- Leading and mentoring team members to maintain high service standards
- Assisting with recruitment, rostering and payroll coordination
- Working closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Handling guest feedback professionally and promptly
- Supporting stock control and inventory processes
- Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a food and beverage role, ideally within a hotel or resort environment
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Experience with Micros POS is an advantage
- A strong service focus and sharp attention to detail
- Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
- A team player with a hands-on approach and a passion for creating great guest experiences
