This full-time role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional dining and event experiences.What you’ll do:

Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, and events
Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide outstanding service
Ensure smooth shift operations, from staff allocation to guest satisfaction
Uphold compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards
Support the Food & Beverage Manager with rostering, ordering, and reporting

QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:

Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
