- Career development opportunities within a global FMCG powerhouseMain Responsibilities:Sales Execution & Strategy- Support the execution of customer plans and promotional activity across eCommerce platforms
- Ensure alignment with Ferrero's Triple Win philosophy
- Assist in the preparation of field activation briefs for key campaignsTrade Spend Management- Manage SAPTM processes including accruals, claims, and promotional forecasting
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of claims and budget trackingCustomer Management- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customer buying teams
- Complete promotional submission forms and customer paperwork accurately and on timeForecasting & Reporting- Provide insights to support accurate customer forecasting
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Conduct post-promotional reviews and identify opportunities for improvementField Communication- Act as a key liaison between sales operations and the field team to ensure alignment and executionWho we are looking for:- 1-3 years of commercial experience, ideally in FMCG or eCommerce
- Strong analytical and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP experience is a plus
