- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.
- Manage timelines, processes, communications, and documentation to support the coordination and delivery of the examinations to ensure a high standard of service delivery
- Provide secretariat support to the Divisional examination committees and examiner panels, including preparation of agendas and briefs, organising and attending meetings, producing minutes, drafting reports and correspondence, and supporting the implementation of committee decisions, policies and procedures.
- Arrange calibration/training sessions and provide support to committees, panels, examiners, Local Examination Organisers, hospital administrative staff and other external stakeholders involved in the conducting of Divisional assessments.
- Maintain records of candidate details, applications, and results to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
- Manage candidate withdrawals, special considerations and other requests as required.
- Relevant qualifications or an equivalent combination of relevant training and/or experience in administration
- Previous experience in an administrative support role in a very busy, complex, customer-focused work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Effective planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and high workloads without compromising quality and standards
- A commitment to professional and ethical client service
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, including proofreading skills
- Proven initiative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to deal with sensitive issues and enquiries, and to manage confidentiality
