- Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales and earnings targets, particularly in the rural broadacre sector.
- Coach and develop staff to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery, with an emphasis on agricultural and rural property expertise.
- Manage the performance and development of direct reports through structured feedback and goal setting.
- Oversee online property listings to ensure pricing, descriptions, and statuses are accurate and timely.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and identify new sales opportunities, especially in the broadacre farming and agribusiness markets.
- Represent Elders in the community through events, marketing campaigns, and local initiatives such as field days, rural expos, and on-farm visits.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally with a background in rural property, broadacre transactions, or team leadership.
- Strong understanding of local property market trends and relevant legislation, particularly around land use, water rights, zoning, and agricultural considerations.
- Holds a Real Estate License and a current Driver’s Licence (Auctioneer’s License desirable).
- Skilled in performance management, team development, and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Demonstrates Elders values through accountability, trust, customer focus, and results-driven leadership.
- Passion for regional communities and a strong network within the agricultural and farming sector.
