We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reports/BI Developer to join our data team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, reports, and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights using BI tools.Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, etc.).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs. * Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards for performance improvements.

Maintain documentation for report logic, data sources, and business rules.

Support data governance and data quality initiatives. * Assist in the development and maintenance of data warehouses or data marts as needed.Selection Criteria

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Reports/BI domain.
Experience in the design and implementation of one or more BI toolsets such as QlikView, Tableau, SAS Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, or Datazen.
Experience working with data connections from both source systems and static data sources.
Ability to deliver presentation layers, including graphs, charts, maps, and drill-down reports.
Experience collaborating with end users in an iterative (Agile) environment to create deliverables and train users for self-service with BI tools.
Experience in unit testing, primarily using automation.
Skilled in preparing technical documentation, including Technical Design Documents, Data Models, and Data Dictionaries.
Experience using Azure DevOps release pipelines.
