- Project/program management expertise, with solid service delivery capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated experience across customer platforms, operational systems, and enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive innovation and solve complex problems.
- Expertise in service operations, IT governance, and compliance practices.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional alignment.
- Advanced influencing, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
