- Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
- Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines.
- Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
- Training new employees and motivating them in their role
- Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent supportive and leadership skill set
- Exposure to rostering and people development
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Professional, upbeat and friendly personality
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Highest level of presentation and grooming standards
