This role is perfect for someone with strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and presentation standards in a busy hotel environment.What you’ll do:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the hotel
Manage preventative and reactive maintenance programs
Lead and support the maintenance team, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and fire regulations
Monitor budgets, stock, and reporting to ensure cost-effective operations
Work closely with hotel management to support smooth guest experiences

QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role (hospitality preferred)
Strong knowledge of building systems, plant, equipment, and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage contractors and lead a small team effectively
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Trade qualification or relevant technical skills highly regarded
