About the role: We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Account Manager to join our Customer Success team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for supporting the needs of Nightingale's valuable existing customers and ensuring they are getting the most out of their Nightingale implementation. Key elements of the role include;
Proactively building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships and developing strategies to retain them
Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Developing referral opportunities with existing clients to support our new business sales initiatives
Forecasting, monitoring and reporting on key account metrics
Developing and nurturing reference-ability in our customer base
About you/Job Requirements: You will be an energetic, natural people person, who enjoys working independently and as part of a team. You will be flexible in your approach, with an ability to respond to short term request and always be customer centric in what you do. Key requirements:
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with ERP software, CRM (ideally HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field would be desirable
