- Understand the target audience- who our customers are. Their wants and needs and the most effective ways to communicate with them.
- Develop category marketing strategies and proactively execute to the marketing plan with focus on effectiveness and driving business outcomes.
- Work with external and internal teams to develop exceptional marketing campaigns based on compelling, validated consumer propositions.
- Work closely with media team to provide media planning recommendations for the specific brand /product portfolio.
- Launch and execute marketing campaigns in market in collaboration with channel specialists
- Understand and report on marketing performance in relation to business commercial performance.
- Become a brand guardian, protecting the brand asset and enhancing the presence in market through highly effective creative campaigns.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent industry qualification is required.
- At least 5 years relevant marketing campaign experience is required
- Ability to work autonomously and independently.
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in or understanding of:
- Creative Excellence.
- Strong supplier management skills.
