What You'll Be DoingAs a Service Manager, you will:

Lead daily operations to ensure profitability, performance, and productivity
Deliver exceptional service experiences that keep customers coming back
Recruit, retain, and grow a high-performing team of service technicians
Ensure full compliance with company systems, policies, and procedures
Drive workshop efficiency using 5S and Lean principles
Manage warranty claims and costs in line with company standards
Maintain company assets - tools, vehicles, and workshop equipment
Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:

Proven experience in financial and commercial management
Strong technical knowledge and industry insight
A natural ability to lead teams and build culture
Hands-on experience with 5S or Lean continuous improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
