About the RoleAs a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring service excellence and supporting business growth.Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular account visits and maintaining strong client relationships
- Resolving service issues and complaints
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients
- Collaborating with internal service delivery teams
- Reporting and maintaining accurate records
- 2–3 years of key account management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy and a people-first attitude
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Valid driver’s licence
- Excellent time management and KPI focus
