As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and program managers to define business needs, improve processes, and contribute to the success of large-scale digital product delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful transformation and optimise performance.Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyse complex business problems and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and identify process improvements
- Apply predictive or adaptive analysis techniques based on project context
- Document and review specifications, recommendations, and acceptance criteria
- 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis
- Strong root cause analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to high-quality product delivery
