ICT Procurement and Contracts Manager

• 6-month interim contract with option for a 6-month extension
• Hyrbid role - there is no requirement to go to the office

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for ICT-related goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with public sector regulations and procurement policies.
• Develop and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal value for the organisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement requirements and time lines.
• Monitor contract performance and address any issues or risks proactively.
• Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and market trends.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain department.

• Proven experience in ICT procurement and contract management within the public sector.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement policies and compliance requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed procurement decisions.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• A tertiary qualification in procurement, supply chain, or a related field is desirable.
