We're after a Cook or Sous Chef to run a cafe kitchen and prep food for a fleet of trucks each day. It's a hands-on role with simple, consistent menus We're after an experienced cafe/canteen chef to run our client's cafe kitchen and get food ready for a fleet of trucks each morning. It's straightforward food - pies, sausage rolls, brekkie wraps and fried snacks - and the focus is on keeping things organised and consistent.Why this role works:

Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2pm (no nights, no weekends)
Salary $65-$75k + super, dependent on experience
Free parking on site and staff meals

About you:

Open the kitchen and prep daily food truck orders
Cook breakfast and light cafe options catering to a Mon-Fri work crowd
Stay on top of ordering and prep for the next day
Keep the place running smoothly alongside a business manager and a small yet solid FOH team
