It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.The Guest Service Agent, reporting to the Front Office Manager, delivers outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the entire duration of their stay. We are seeking expressions of interest for full-time Guest Service Agents to join our Hotel Team.A few of your responsibilities:
Provide outstanding guest service to guests to enhance their experience
Manage all guests' requests and maintain guest accounts
Sound knowledge of local attractions and surrounds
Perform check in and check out in a professional, friendly, and efficient way for all guests
Perform and complete daily tasks in line with shift checklists
What we are looking for:
Possess a passion for Hospitality and creating memorable experiences
Exceptional guest service skills and strong commitment to 5-star customer service
Professional telephone manner
Full-time availability over a 24/7 rotating roster
Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external clients
Excellent organizational skills and high level of computer literacy
About you:The successful candidates will possess that go-to attitude and always ensure their main goal is to go above and beyond for our guests, while maintaining our 5-star commitment. Prior experience within the hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential.What can we offer you:
