As our People Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering customer-focused solutions across onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth and efficient processes that support our people and leaders across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the People Lifecycle Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinating employment contracts, pre-employment checks, induction programs, and offboarding processes.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Managing internal movements such as promotions, secondments, and parental leave, and supporting documentation and system updates.
  • Administration: Responding to people-related queries, maintaining HR systems and platforms, supporting reporting, and contributing to People & Capability projects.
What You'll Bring
  • Skills, Knowledge and Attributes: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, build trusted relationships, and analyse data. Advanced Excel skills are a bonus!
  • Experience: At least 1 year demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is advantageous.
