Job detailsTest Leads manage testing activities for a project or service, usually leading a team of testers and providing high-level testing expertise.Key duties and responsibilitiesThe Client has a requirement for one experienced Test Lead to work with the new Transition Program to assist in the delivery of key elements of a larger body of workThe Test Lead will be responsible for ensuring consistency in test disciplines and will establish, govern and uphold test frameworks, standards and procedures. The role requires not only experience and knowledge of test methodologies and activities, but also the ability to quickly develop knowledge of the clients existing processes and technologies.The Test Analyst should ideally have experience and/or knowledge of:

Python Software Development
Linux Operating Systems
Ansible or equivalent "infrastructure as code" technologies
Automated Testing processes
DevOps Automation Practices
Continuous Integration Systems
Continuous Delivery Systems
Agile methodologies
IP Protocols
IaaS and PaaS technologies

The Main duties but are not limited to, are as following:

Work closely with Project managers and Delivery leads to manage risks and issues related to testing activities
Assisting the business in prioritising and maintaining backlog
Identify opportunities for test automation to enhance efficiency, coverage and accuracy of testing activities
Maintaining relevant metrics to monitor, control, manage and report progress and forecasts while managing risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
Receives and passes on technical information to the project stakeholders about development progress and status
Work effectively in a small team environment;
Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other team members; and
