- Manage and support end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce of approximately 1000 employees.
- Oversee data administration, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all payroll records.
- Maintain meticulous payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
- Process paid-billing or client-charging, applying your experience in these areas.
- Respond to employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with month-end and year-end payroll procedures and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless information flow.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and payroll data administration.
- Experience with paid-billing or client-charging is highly regarded.
- Experience with Fast Track 360 is a massive plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptable and able to manage a varied workload.
- 6-month Fixed-Term Contract with the potential for extension.
- Competitive salary package of $80,000 - $85,000 FTE (pro-rata).
