- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate training bookings to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance Audits: Regularly conduct audits within the facility to maintain compliance with legislation and business processes.
- Consumables Management: Oversee the management of consumables to ensure availability and efficient usage.
- Reception Duties: Be the face of the centre at reception, welcoming visitors and providing assistance.
- Query Handling: Answer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Previous demonstrated experience in a customer facing administrative role
- Exposure to and understanding of systems and processes including SAP, Fiori, C-Res, Documentum, Right Crowd is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to your work and the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously with strong organisational skills and time management skills
- A positive attitude, able to adapt quickly to your work environment and enjoy working as a team player
