Working with renowned partners, Amber Sharp, Nathan Roberts and Kate Peterson, you will advise across the full spectrum of the workplace and industrial relations life cycle, with a particular focus on litigation and complex strategic advice.Our award-winning team advises and represents both private and public sector clients under federal and state workplace and industrial relations legislation.ExperienceWe are seeking a driven and talented lawyer at the Senior Associate level, eager to progress their employment law career within a reputable and forward-thinking team.As the successful candidate, you will be experienced across both front end and back-end employment and WHS matters, with a genuine commitment to technical excellence. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate commercial acumen with a focus on delivering practical solutions for your clients. Additionally, you exhibit confidence building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to work well both autonomously and as a part of a close-knit team.
