eLearning Training Specialist | 10-mth contract

- Brisbane City Fringe Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week
- eLearning Specialist required to provide expert services to an ICT implementation project
- Validate training needs analysis and training plan
- Develop eLearning modules and user guides/materials for end users including digital and print-ready collateral.
- Develop familiarisation videos (pre-eLearning content) for pre-training user readiness.
- Develop and deliver user ‘drop-in session’ (online Teams based delivery) content for on-the-job hyper care support based on user guides/self-serve materials.
- Develop and manage a training schedule for eLearning and user ‘drop in’ sessions for staged roll out
- Tracking and reporting on training completion rates and evaluation surveys.
- Conformance with the organisations change management and training frameworks and guidelines including the overarching change plan.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Must have eLearning content development experience.
- Must have experience in HR projects, e.g. timesheets, rostering, payroll, etc.
- Will also consider change manager/change analysts with a strong training background incl eLearning and HR projects.
